Hi there,
I'm no longer able to turn on one of the computers here at work. At first I thought it was a problem with the power supply, so I switched it with one from another working computer and still nothing. (Simultaneously I was able to test the power supply from the broken computer in the other computer and it does in fact work). I noticed that when either power supply is connected to the broken computer, when connecting the keyboard the three lights light up. Could this be a problem with the motherboard?

Yes, but it could be the RAM or event the Heat Sink on your CPU. Try swaping RAM if you can and double check that the Heatsink and FAN on your CPU are working right.
