Need more info.

Does it power on at all? If not you could try a new power supply.

If it powers on and does not load the OS you might need to boot off of a recovery CD. You can use a Linux live cd to back media and documents up first.

Thank you for your reply,
Actually it doesn't power on at all, and I am afraid that it turns out to be a power supply problem because it is a very expensive one and my motherboard doesn't power on with a regular cheap power supply, do i have to buy another expensive power supply to check if it is a power supply issue or not? or there is another way to make sure it is the power supply?

Problem solved, the power supply was the problem I bought a new power supply it costs like 200$ to get my machine up and running again.
