Specs: Windows 7 64bit, amd athlon II x4 2.9ghz/4gb ddr3
Just built this PC, and it keeps freezing after a while, mouse wont move, keyboard don't respond, i see something weird on the right of the screen, abit of yellow markings, which is not normally there.

I checked Event Viewer, shows not errors where it froze, shows a few service has entered a stopped state. And a few entered a start state.

I have ran memtest and it passed, ran seagate tools on the HD and it passed.

Updated windows to full. Even loaded nvidia driver from windows update site, didn't help.

Anything else i can test or check ?

Ok it seems 1 of the sticks is ram must be faulty, thou memtest didn't pick up any error in 35 passes.

1 stick pc runs ok for hours, other stick in the pc will freeze within 30mins
