I recently experienced problems with my computer someone suggested a new battery (after several duds finally got a new battery that the computer will recognize) anyway new battery is in but crashing/freezing problem remains. My computer has crashed while trying to post the question so I apologize if the question comes up twice.
I understand overheating could be an issue however it crashes sometimes 2-3 times when I first start it up so it is completely cold, and actually thinking about it the longer the computer runs the less likely it is to crash
