Computer is flashing windows

It got up this morning and my computer was going crazy. It kept opening and closing the same window, then when I got it turned off and restarted it launched into the BIOS and did the same thing there. What causes such a thing? MOBO going bad? Power supply failing?

Did you spill something in your keyboard? It could be many things. I would try swapping the keyboard first though. http://www.gvtcomputers.com

Nope. Nothing on the keyboard. I'm thinking it could be the power supply. It's making some strange noises.
