Computer is flashing windows

It got up this morning and my computer was going crazy. It kept opening and closing the same window, then when I got it turned off and restarted it launched into the BIOS and did the same thing there. What causes such a thing? MOBO going bad? Power supply failing?

Did you spill something in your keyboard?

It could be many things. I would try swapping the keyboard first though.

Nope. Nothing on the keyboard. I'm thinking it could be the power supply. It's making some strange noises.

Does it do the same in safe mode?
