Computer fried? please help.

My current desktop has been acting weird as of late. At random intervals the computer just powers off, normally not turning back on. I was wondering if this could be a CPU failure? or if it was something easier, like a PSU? Any help would be great! The computer is a Dell 8200. got sleep?

Could be an overheating problem. I would start by checking that the fans are all running properly. The PSU might also be a likely culprit.
