Please help! Everytime I insert a disc my computer freezes and the only way to get the data or program from that disc is to restart the computer using the reset button and leave the disc in there.

This is the second dvd drive this has happened with! DVD drive is a Sony NEC Optiarc DVD±RW burner AD-7200A and my computer is a custom built Komplett machine with 42 x 2 Dual core processor 6400+, 3.19ghz, 3.25 gb ram.

Any help will be greatly received.

Regards

Steve
