Hi everyone, been lurking for a long time but now im stumped. I have this really wierd problem that ive looked and looked around for the answer to but to no avail. My computer freezes in the bios and in windows vista/windows xp screens right after the "Press Any Key To Boot From DVD/CD....." if I press a key. If I let the computer boot into Windows it will not freeze at all and I can leave it running for days without any problems. It will also freeze on any PE operating systems (bart pe, hirens boot cd, super grub disk) etc... this only started happening like 1 month ago and I cant figure it out, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -Nate

and when you do try to boot from the cd, with a bootable cd, you also have problems. If changing the boot order doesn't work, try disconnecting the drive and, see if that changes anything.
