Computer freezes and screeching noise.

August 4, 2011 at 17:38:36
Specs: Windows 7 Ult 64 bit, AMD 3.2GHz/4GB

Hello, I recently upgraded my computer to the following:
New:
AMD Phenom II x6 1080T Black Edition 3.2GHz
4GB G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 240-Pin DDR# 1066 (PC3 8500) Ram
ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2
Old:
Nvida GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB
OS: Windows 7 Ult 64bit
Did not install OS with new hardware just plugged it in a ran from there.

After getting everything up and running the computer randomly freezes and screeching noise comes from my speakers. I have noticed that the computer dose this mostly when I am playing World of Warcraft but has done it once or twice while watching movies. I googled this many times and the closet think I found was someone having a similar issue caused my Creative Sound Drivers. I checked my computer and sure enough my Sound Blaster headset uses those drivers. So I removed the head set to see if that would solve the problem but it didn’t.
Any help would get greatly appreciated.

After uninstalling and restarting it seems Windows installed default drivers. Should I see if this fixes it or go ahead and in stall the Realtek drivers?

Sorry for the delay I posted as I was heading out the door... I come home to find the computer frozen and making the noise... So even with out the drivers it still did it. I have installed the Realtek drivers and will update when/if it happens again.
