What brand name CPU/CASE fans rise to the top when it comes to longest lasting, I realy dont care about any noise issues just something that lasts the longest....Thanks

I don't think it matters all that much as long as they have two ball bearings, not two sleeve bearings, or a sleeve bearing and a ball bearing. If it doesn't say it has ball bearings (note the s) or two ball bearings, it might have only one, on the spinning blade hub side.
I've gotten several 80mm Mutant Mods two ball bearing case fans that push a lot of air and are reasonably quiet that cost me $15 each locally - the one in this computer has been fine for about three years.

You might wanna consider fans that use nano-ceramic bearings. They're quieter & have a much longer life-hour rating than either sleeve or ball bearing fans. I recently bought a GlobalWIN 120mm case fan w/NCBearing & it's almost silent.

I am a fan (no pun intended) of Antec case fans they are quiet and they are ball bearings and not sleeve.
