What is the history here with the board?

Do you have the CPU fan connected to the correct header?

yes CPU Fan is connected to the correct header
The board is one year old it was working fine. When i started the next morning it keeps flashing the led lights. So i tried detaching each and every components still it was not starting at all.But when i detached the 4x4 pin connector it starts but keep restarting as nothing shows on the monitor.

I don't think the board is actually starting. The 4x4 (as you call it) powers the CPU. Without that connected I don't think the board will post.

Are you using a CPU with integrated graphics or do you have an add in graphics card?

Read the manual to learn what the LED lights mean.

It might be a bad power supply. If you have another one, try that one to verify.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
