Computer crashes at FSB 133Mhz

Hello. I recently upgraded and it seems I can only run my CPU @ 1Ghz at an FSB of 100MHz. Whenever I switch to 133Mhz on the mobo, the computer crashes when I try and run any sort of 3D game. Anybody have a possible solution? Thanks in advance..

This is down to one of three things
1) Bad RAM - The RAM can only do 100MHz not 133. Sometimes happens with cheap generic stuff. Download and run memtest86 if the CPU temp is within reason.
2) Weak PSU - running at 1394 MHz takes more power than at 1050 MHz. Check the voltages in the BIOS.
Assuming the board can run a 133MHz CPU.
3) CPU heat. The CPU will run hotter at the faster speed obviously. Go into the BIOS and check the hardware monitor. My athlon xp 1600+ runs at 48ºC.
