Computer clicks when playing games

When I'm playing computer games a strange clicking noise starts coming from inside the computer tower. When I quit the game, it stops. It hasn't always done this, just in the last few months. Is something going bad?

is might be the cd is the cdrom. if its that then try cleaning it and try different cds. another clicking noise could be commin from your hard drive but that wouldnt happen that often.

Nope, not the cd rom, it's lower than that. I'm wonderng if it's heat related with the video card working overtime.
