If you are using a "branded" computer, like Dell, HP, Compaq or one like that, very likely you need a new case.

well, it depend. usually you dont have to. but some mobo are large that requires larger case.

It depends entirely on the system. Since you haven't provided the name of your manufacturer or model, it's had to say specific to your system.

If you're replacing a board on a machine with an identical board, then you will not have to change the case.

So, the answer to your question, as stated,is no.
