hey, just had a recent problem with one of my computers. At first, there were weird lines on the screen.. but windows seemed to be working fine, though the lines made it unreadable. After trying to resolve the problem, when booting the computer, it starting making constant, quick beeps. Like beep beep beep. quickly. I think it turns off after, but i booted it off before anything dangerous happened. Any ideas?

ok, i think it's the videocard. I managed to get the screen back on, however, the lines are still there. help? .____.

I agree with you, insaneinthemembrane. I also think it's the video card. If you can borrow one from a friend, that would probably prove it.

Try it in Safe Mode. If you still get the lines it adds weight to the video card idea. DerekW
