It all looks compatible to me. Jam would know better but I think you've made some pretty decent choices.

I'm concerned in particular about the RAM. Its a Foxconn Renaissance which says it supports DDR3 1600(oc)/1333(oc)/1066mhz

The RAM I have is:
DDR3 PC3 10660 1333Mhz
CL 7-7-7-24
2xGB x 3 TC Kit

Do I have to change the settings for it in BIOS? Its OC...I'm OCing nothing on the system, except for factory OCs.

The RAM should be fine. The BIOS auto adjusts some settings like voltage and CAS latency.
