A restore CD from a different model has very little chance of working.
Try the following to enter the Bios:
F1
F2
F3
F10
esc
del
ctrl+alt+esc
ctrl+alt+s
ctrl+alt+ins
ctrl+alt+del

Taping F 10 doese nothing. I will try whatham30 said.

Oh i almost forgot. I get this error on start up.
1720-SMART Hard Drive detects imminent failure.
I know the drive had bad sectors scandisk might have fixed them but if not could that be the issue or could it be that the drive is over the limit? Windows sees 10 gig so im sure its not anything to do with being over 8 gig limitation. Thanks again

If your hard drive is bad, or if you removed partitioning & formatted it, you cannot access the BIOS. The F10 file is preinstalled on a separate small partition on the hard drive...once you remove it, you no longer have access. You may be able to restore it though, but if the drive is bad, this probably isn't gonna help you:

Ok jam im makeing the disk right now. I will try to see if they work when i get in from work.
