Can USB ports be replaced? One is pushed out of place and the other you have to wiggle around to get it to work. I have replaced parts before and need a "how to guide" if it can be done.

Depends on wheather they are integrated on the MBOard or are in a bracket in a case slot knockout. If the latter then they are connected to a MBoard header and can be replaced. If they are in the front of your case then it is possible also because they too are connected to a MBoard header. The issue with the front is to get compatible parts.

You need to specify where they are.

They are one on each side close to the front.

I don't know about laptops. I believe the USB ports are hardwired to the MBoard and are not servicable. Could be wrong.
