computer turns on but nothing on screen

i recently had insident when my computer was off for few days and i turned it back on one day it turned on and turned off realy fast and after that .. i had to turn main switch off because it wont turn back on from the power swtichl.. and again the same problem... so i changed the psu to a brand new one

now the computer turns on but nothing on the screen.. and (graphic card, fans, cpu fan,psu fan, all turn on) i haven't connected anything but
cpu,one ram, graphic card and psu and the cpu fans /sink

the problem is
1) nothing comes on the screen
2) the computer is suppose to turn off while i told the power swtich for some time right? it doesn't turn off.. when i hold it i have to manualy do it from the switch on the psu

i've come to conclusion that either the motherboard or the cpu is dead i dont know whats up... if anyone have any suggestion let me know

Try reseating all the cards, mamory and cables. One beep is normal. More than one is an error of some sort.
