Thats right, When i got into My Computer> View System Information it says I have a Athlon 1800+ 1.5 Ghz. But when i built this computer i also built 1 with the same Motherboard and Processor, that 1 is at 3100+ 3.4 Ghz, and that 1 is my Work comp. The broken 1 is my game comp. So what is it?

The Athlon 1800+ is a Socket A CPU.

I believe the 3100+ is a Socket 754 Sempron...it runs at 1.8GHz. Whatever it is, it definitely doesn't run at 3.4GHz, & if it is the S754 Sempron, it doesn't use the same motherboard.

If you built both systems, how is it that you don't know what parts were used?

You did not actually buy an all-in-one motherboard from PCChips ?

These are usually flagged as PRO 3100+ or similar on start up, but actually use older obsolete Duron/Athlon CPU's to use up stock.

This has been discussed before.....

I forgot about those integrated "Pro" boards. As I recall, a lot of people were pissed off when they realized what they got...of course, had they taken the time to check the specs, they would have found out exactly what they were getting beforehand, & probably would have passed on the deal.

If your webpage does not need updating, then there is something wrong.

I still don't understand how anyone cannot know the specs of a system that they themself built!

Download CPUZ v1.27, unzip it, & click on CPUZ.exe. You'll be able to find out exactly what CPU you have & what the settings are (multiplier, FSB, voltage, etc). There's also a motherboard tab, & a memory tab...hopefully it'll help.
