got a dell inspirion with a blu screen popping up at start up - shuttin her down. I have the instructions to trouble shoot IF i can get to a command prompt line. Suggestions to find one BEFORE the operating system loads?? I think once I get to that I can find out what is causing the crash. Just have to get that command prompt to allow me to type it all in.
