I did this diagnostic thing on my motherboard and got the code FF. The manual says Int 19 Boot attempt, Flash ROM programming was successful. next, restarting the system bios.
anyone understand this? I can't get the motherboard to display a screen at all. It runs and whirrs but no screen. no beeps either. help? me?

Disconnect all the drives and pull all the cards except the RAM and the video card (if there is one).

The diagnostic card thing is a main board defect card. The code FF comes up on it, and i don't know what it really means. I am using this diagnostic card to work out why my motherboard doesn't output a screen.
It doesn't run ok cuz no screen from any graphics card i try
