I have random hangs (total freeze) (especially when gaming) and when reseting the bios bleeps 2 times: CMOS/GPVN Checksum Bad (or GPNV??)
I tried a bios update, clearing CMOS with Jumper (leaving it a few hours in the flushing position), renewed the battery.

i still got the random hangs.... someone help?

i got:
Athlon1400/256Mb
ECS motherboard(K7S5A)/AMI Bios
(1 1/2 years old)
