CMOS/GPNV Checksum Bad

I have random hangs (total freeze) (especially when gaming) and when reseting the bios bleeps 2 times: CMOS/GPVN Checksum Bad (or GPNV??) I tried a bios update, clearing CMOS with Jumper (leaving it a few hours in the flushing position), renewed the battery.
i still got the random hangs.... someone help?
