cmos user password recovery

hi... me and my father share the same system. My father has set a user level password in CMOS. I want to recover that password. I repeat i want to recover that password, not crack it. Is it possible. reply as soon as possible.... Thanks Manoj

Remove and reinstall CMOS battery usually deplete stored password. i_XpUser

Why not just clear BIOS. It would take out the password, but not give it to you. At least it's better then being locked out Tariq "Let death knock! He doesn't know who he's messing with!"

Probably has something going on with his father. Father won't know if the computer is used if the password stays intact.
