cmos password can't resetted

i forgot my cmos password (award bios). so i will try to reset it. i will remove the battery. eventhough it is not resetted. what may be a problem.
Even I will try killcmos and cmospwd utilities.

well what kind the mobo you have?
on your motherboard there is jumper you can reseat cmos
you have to read your manual man....
don't just complain

you should always read the manual regarding your hardware before you post a new msg.
most of the time you can find solutions on there
