I set up my laptop , installed Xp with SP2 norton antivirus everything was fine. I then installed click and burn and the patch for higher speed CDRW drives,. after this the drive was no longer recognized in my computer. It had a yellow exclaimation point on it in the device manager. I tried system restore would not restore to any eralier point. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device, tried rolling back the driver. when I go to properties for the CDRW A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. COde 32. The drive does not work. any suggestions. I uninstalled the click and burn software that did not help. I replaced the selectabay CDRW with a DVD drive and have the same problem.
