right my computer crashed the other day when i went to reboot i got an error message that windows failed to start because a file was missing or corrupt the file in question CI.dll it wont evn start up in safe mode or last known good config ive tried taking out all usb device etc and reboot but nothing ive tried booting from my recovery cd but it will only load up to a black screen with an arror curser on and then stops ive left it on overnight and still on that screen its loaded up fully once and i tryed a start up recovery when i rebooted still nothing and since then the cd wont load back up is there anyway of formatting my hard drive with out the recovery cd (obv vista came pre-installed on purchase) help
