Sup all, okay i just bought a new hard drive and i had problems installing .. i checked on the forum and some one said i should update my MOBO chipset drivers.. Its an Ali chipset.. but when i read the manual for my mobo, there is north bridge system chipset and south bridge system pciset.. should i update drivers for both?

They probably meant upgrade the bios. But there could be other reasons. What size is the drive? I believe you need SP1 installed to recognize drives over 137gb.
