The chipset is Packard-Bell SiS M661FX + SiS963. It may help to find the mfg. and make of the motherboard. Then search for the appropriate drivers....

I can't believe anyone would sell a laptop with XP & only 128MB RAM, let alone buy one. You mean to say it didn't come with a drivers CD? superyutz gave you the chipset make/model...SiS M661FX + SiS963. All you have to do is go to the SiS website & download it.
