I was wondering if changing the screen resolution from 800 x 600 to 1024 x 768 like, four or three times everyday would affect the monitor in any way?

Because my father also uses the computer and he's not fond of 1024 x 768 screen resolution.

Hi Lil, Change it all you like. No problems as long as the monitor supports all resolutions you use. Good Luck, Jim
