Celeron 700mhz, need fan?

Hello.
Would a 700mhz, 66mhz FSB, 128kb cache celeron need a fan, or would a semi large heatsink do the trick without frying it up?
it must be completely stable enough to run at 100% cpu usage for hours, but it's a slow CPU so it might fare well enough. thanks

fans are not that expensive.

if you're really cheap, you can take the fan off your case and leave the side/cover off.
