I have a tdk cdrw. I record long (2+ hours) audio files in MP3 format. A typical recording is around 150 MB. Regardless of whether I use Nero or TDK's Burning Rom program that came with the CDRW, I get this message. Media is not of high enough capacity, please insert appropriate media. What the heck??? The CD-R is supposed to handle 700MB. Why cant I burn a 150MB file? I am using either tdk cd-r's or memorex data cd-r's. Help!!!!

are you sure that your burning them as data instead of music....if you burn as data it makes the songs only take up the megs that they are supose to.... if you burn as music the format has to be much larger so a normal cd player can read it and that may be the reason....
