Hey my cdrom is messed up when i try to run games off of my cdrom it always sais "please login with admin priveleges." I am the admin i know its my cdrom. How can i fix this?

my asus s400/a (ver 1.1j)hase not ability of reading (for copying or image to hdd) faster
than 8x.
