Anyone know how to see a cdrom drive speed even it doesn't stated on the drive itself?

On the boot screen detect after the memory count it will show it by IDE position with maker, model and speed rating. In the config table on boot page number 2 it should also be documented. Control panel system file manager should record the speed and if you right click and open my computer it should be on that page as well.

I am refering to cdrom speed but according to what you just mention should be Ram

In those positions that i pointed out it should also show you the cdrom speed. The 1st place to try and find it is on the boot page about 3 lines below the ram count. It will detect on either primary master or slave or secondary master or slave and when it detects it should also give the speed rating.

There is a small program called "aida32" it will tell you every thing about your computer and cd drives @ www.aida32.hu

just take out the rom, look for the product number, and search in online. Done it a million times.
