CD/DVD Drive not working!!!

I cant get my disc drive to access discs I get this message see pic [IMG]http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c295/kaode/driveproblem.jpg[/IMG] I think its connected to an old nero 6 product I had installed when I first got this machine but I cannot delete see pic [IMG]http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c295/kaode/Burningrom.jpg[/IMG] Can any of you guys help me out with any of these problems big thanks to any of you can.
