Reply: (edit)Have similar problem but only with 3 new disks (2 Norton SW and 1 TurboTax) which will not spin-up; they just 'bind' and 'rub' with one leaving drawer going up into the top of the drive. Retrieved it (damage of course) and was given replacements. The Norton again does not work but the new TurboTax is just fine. "Feels" like the stock for the disks is 'lighter' and not as robust as older CDs which ALL work just fine. Are there any suggestions to 'fix' the new CDs so they will spin? Can weight be added? (How??) Goin' nuts over this anomaly. Thanks
