You need to carefully push...by hand the drawer closed. Then remove the cdrom drive from the computer.
Shake it...shake it shake it....
Are you sure someone hasn't removed the cd?

You're allowed to use as many words as you need to describe your problem. Are you saying there's a cd in the cdrom but when you open the tray nothing is there--like the missing sock in the wash? If a cd is jammed in there it's unlikely the tray would open.
