hi,
i've seen CD's thats its size appears as 820MB, while its actual is 750 MB, as if it fakes the system so that it cannot be copied.
how can i do that?

that is known as over burning see
www.cdrinfo.coms overburning faq
there are also 90 and 99 minute cdrs,
if your burner software and cd-rw support it. see http://www.medeainternational.com/info/90min.htm
