Comment:

I tried to install a new video Card and in the process both my CD and DVD drives don't show up anymore. The Device Manager says there is a "problem with the Secondary IDE controller, Its been Dynamically changed". Then when I go to the Secondary IDE controller in the Device manager it says "This device is either not working properly or does not have all drives installed. Any ideas on how to get my CD drives responding again. Please help. Thanks

Remove the Secondary IDE controller from the Device Manager(right-click and choose Remove), then restart the computer.
