how do i oped or remove jammed cd ? door is closed & won't open . can someone help so I don't break door trying to open it ?

Most of the time there'll be a small hole just under the tray. Straighten out a paperclip or something similar and push it in the hole. This should manually force the tray out.

I find a paper clip is not strong enough, as one has to push quite hard.
Better to use the largest needle that will go in the hole.
On a laptop, the small hole may be on the front of the tray itself
