Hi. I have an Acer computer (Windows Vista) which has the kind of CD-rom Driver which has no tray/drawer, you just push the CD into the slot. I haven't been using it very much but when I tried to insert a CD, something seems to be inside the driver, blocking and preventing the CD from entering. Can someone help me please? urgent
