CD Disc stuck inside Toshiba Laptop L650

Specs: Windows 7
my cd stuck inside a toshiba laptop. Saw it go in then did not play - opened tray and relalized it is stuck inside. Cant see it anywhere or hear it - but it is in there. other dvds load and it can play fine, - but i want the dvd out. How to get it out? toshiba L650 - i dont see a screw on back of drive to open it up. It will need to have the drive come out - how to do this?

If other DVD's load and eject how can another be stuck inside?

Zoe1, had the same problem on my Toshiba. Turn the computer over and look for a phillips screw located about 4 inches in from the edge of the DVD drive. It should be right in the center of the drive on the bottom of the computer. Mine was lableled F4.
Remove that screw, turn the computer upright, press the eject buttom on the DVD drive and gently pull after the door is open. The whole drive will easily slide out and the DVD will be located jamed right above the drive. I use a pair of twisers to remove the DVD. Push the drive back in the slot until it seats all the way and reinstall the screw. Easy!! Good luck
