I'm just wondering what the normal case temps are for my system. Seems to run at a consistant 36 degrees Celsius both in the case and by the hard drives (I have a fan controller with dualk thermometers that readout on a digital display) Is this too hot, or good?

Thanks,

Jeff

Sounds good to me.

But what's really important are the temperatures of you cpu and board!
The cpu shoulnd't be above 65°C at full load (100%) and the board not over 40° but that depends if the board controller has only a heatsink or an own fan!

Thanks for the replies. The board chipset has its own heatsink and fan, I will have to check those temps next time I boot in the BIOS and let you know what they are at. The pc has been on all night now and still the case temps are at 36. So I'm thinking the cpu cant be too hot, or the case temp would go up wouldn't it?

Jeff
