Hey all,
Recently I completely gutted my computer case and upgraded everything. I mean everything, including PSU, fans, mobo, proc, hd, everything. The other day when I was taking the side panel off (to add yet more memory) I quite accidently broke the front panel. I super glued it back together, but it looks bad. I had'nt changed this case 'cause I liked it, now I don't. So, my question is if I buy a new ATX case and swap everything into the new case, will there be any problems with Windows XP recognition? Every thing is installed on hd and is set up just the way I want it. So if the EXACT same components are just swapped from one case to another, everything should theoritically boot- up just as if in the original case, right?

Yes, Windows doesn't know or care about what case you have.

Yes, I understand that. But if everything is powered down, disconnected and removed from this case then reconnected and powered up in that case, will Windows have any configuration problems because all was disconnected and powered down? Does that make any sense?
