Hi, I lost power one night and since then am unable to print with my x83 lexmark printer. I use compatible cartridges that worked fine up until this power loss. I have tried reinstalling and checking everything I think I should check but still no help. The three lights stay on that say photo, good, fast print. Won't scan either.

Is the print spooler started in services? Stop it and restart it. The go to the print folder. If you see the in the printer folder, right click on it and go to properties. Try to print a test page. If it doesn't print make a note of the error message. Search the error message on google. Go to the event viewer and see what errors are there. Also look for a fatory reset button somewhere.
