I keep getting a message, 'Your battery needs to be replaced' on my Dell Latitude D520. I don't care that the battery's dead, I work from the mains - I just want the message to stop. It blocks part of the screen. Can anyone tell me how to stop it?
... try the Power Options Properties window ... Control Panel> Performance and Maintenance> Power Options
