Hi! guys! It's me again, hmmm! at my office, I have problem with scan option of Fuji Xerox DocuCentre 2056, because of this machine can allow 5 users to scan, that's why I need to create share folder on the server which running by Windows Server 2003 SP2. At first, I haven't promoted my server to AD (Active Directory), and it can scan to shared folder which I create on the server. But after I promote to AD, I cannot scan document to my shared folder with display error message "login failed" eventhough, I type password correctly. So, what can I do to scan into my shared folder on my server? I think maybe it has problem with my security policies on the server.

Welcome for all idea!!

Have you joined your computer to the domain that you have created? Forget the scanner; your problem appears to be a basic one of logging on to the domain.

for pc that join to the domain, their pc can scan normally, but because of the machine allow to scan only 5 users, that's why I need to create share folder to scan into the server.
