Can't restore windows XP

Okay, so I wanted to erase everything on my emachine windows xp computer, and so to do it I turned off my computer and put in my one of two Restore CD's. When I turned my computer back on I have two options, "Restore Windows XP' and open it in a command prompt or something. I chose the first. It asked me if I wanted to erase everything on my C drive and I chose yes figuring it would just install XP over the nothing that was there. Instead nothing will load expect that screen. Can anyone help!

What is "That Screen" referring to? Sounds like you left the CD in.
