Can't open Draws

Hi, When l lost my log in Password, l had to changed my log in password with a new one, since then l can't open Cookies, Doc & Settings Recent, Start Menu, Local Settings etc. Draws, it comes up with "Not Avalabled, Access Denied". Please can you help ? Thank you in advance BlueChip If only all computers were easy it fix or never went wrong, we'd never have forums to help

Might see if you can take ownership of the folders. "Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
