Can't initialize the device driver.

I'm getting an error message in device manager stating that "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware."
I've tried reloaded the driver (Intel 82865G Graphics Controller) in normal and boot mode. In boot mode it appears normal in device manager, but when I boot back to normal made the driver still won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I loved to shrink these icons back down ;-) Thank you.

Uninstall the driver, then unistall the entry from device manager (if it's still there). Reboot & reinstall the driver.

I've tried that and sadly it doesn't work. I've also tried the driver from dell and the same driver from intel just incase there would happen to be a slight difference. Sadly, it still shows a driver error in device manager. Any other suggestions?
